What You'll Do

As a Commercial Cleaner, you'll help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients by:

Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restaurants, retail locations, and other commercial facilities
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, break rooms, kitchens, and common areas
Emptying trash, replacing liners, and restocking supplies
Maintaining high-quality cleaning standards at every location
Following all company safety procedures and client-specific requirements
Working independently or alongside a small team to complete assigned routes efficiently

Qualifications

Available to work Sundays and Mondays (required)
Reliable transportation to travel between client locations throughout Greater Nashville
Ability to pass a background check
Able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical work throughout the shift (up to 30-40 lbs.)
Dependable, trustworthy, and customer-focused

Experience That Stands Out

While not required, we especially encourage you to apply if you have experience with:

Commercial cleaning
Janitorial services
Restaurant cleaning
Commercial kitchens
Hood vent and grease removal
Office cleaning
Floor care
Retail cleaning
Healthcare or industrial facility cleaning

Restaurant and commercial kitchen cleaning experience is a major plus and may qualify you for higher starting pay based on experience.
