Brigham-Gill Village CDJR is looking for an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead our office team.

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $125,000-$150,000

Responsibilities

  • Manage core accounting: Oversee A/P, A/R, general ledger, month-end closing, and floor plan reconciliations

  • Supervise title & inventory data: Handle vehicle titles, registrations, lien payoffs, and inventory posting

  • Generate financial reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for dealership management

  • Lead administrative staff: Supervise, train, and support receptionists, title clerks, and cashiers

  • Optimize daily workflows: Streamline operational efficiency across sales, finance, and service departments

  • Maintain record organization: Manage accurate digital and physical files for vehicle records, customer contracts, and vendor accounts

  • Ensure regulatory compliance: Adhere to federal, state, and local automotive regulations, privacy laws, and company policies

  • Support administrative operations: Assist with payroll processing, RMV filings, and third-party vendor communications

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive office manager in new car dealership(s)

  • Proficiency with automotive DMS platforms (CDK, Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion) and MS Office / Google Workspace

  • Skilled in titles, deal billing, floor planning, and basic accounting

  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication

  • High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred
