We build, install, and maintain the equipment and structures that keep our clients' operations running. - Millwrights

What We Look For in a Candidate
- A strong work ethic and willingness to put in the effort a job requires
- Reliability — showing up, on time, ready to work
- Ability to work safely and follow site protocols
- Comfort working as part of a crew, in physically demanding conditions
- Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
- Relevant trade experience, licensure, or certifications (a plus, not always required)
