We are searching for a talented Team Lead-Patient Care Services

Hours: 40hrs Â
Shift: Evening/Night shift with weekends as needed; 3:00pm to 11:30pm and 3:00 pm to 03:00am
Location: Med Surg/Tele - St. Luke’s Hospital – New Bedford, MA

Responsibilities
Under direction of individually assigned Manager, Patient Care and/or Director, Patient Services, perform diversified duties both within and in support of the department including leadership, performance review process, daily operations, departmental manpower scheduling , fiscal responsibilities, educational responsibilities, performance improvement , liaison, quality, etc.Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Nursing or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
- A minimum of three years related work experience is required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate and manage patient outcomes.
- Demonstrated organizational, coordination and time management skills.
- Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Specialty certification is preferred.
Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.Â

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.Â
Pay Range
USD $49.87 - USD $92.63 /Hr.Rotation Schedule Requirement
