About the Role: We are seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist to join our team full-time in our New Brunswick office. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting daily administrative and office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced professional environment. Standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Receptionist Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a multiline phone system professionally and efficiently
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a welcoming and professional manner
- Direct visitors and incoming calls appropriately
- Schedule and coordinate conference/meeting rooms
- Provide administrative support and assist with office projects as assigned
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
- Support day-to-day front desk and office operations
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Minimum one (1) year of receptionist, administrative, or relevant customer service experience in a corporate or professional office environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
- Professional demeanor and appearance required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic office technology and administrative tasks preferred
