Facilities Maintenance Manager

DALRT, Inc. is looking for a dedicated, skilled, and dependable Facilities Maintenance Manager to help keep our Dunkin’ locations operating safely and efficiently 24/7, 365 days a year.

Pay: $30.00/hour

Job Type: Full-Time

Location: Multiple Dunkin’ locations throughout Pennsylvania, including New Castle, Grove City, Meadville, Edinboro, and Erie

Qualifications

• HVAC and/or refrigeration experience preferred
• Small appliance and equipment repair experience preferred
• General maintenance experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Previous experience as a team leader, supervisor, or facilities professional preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance needs across multiple locations
• Physical stamina to perform all aspects of the position, including heavy lifting, climbing
• ladders, and working on equipment in awkward positions

About the Role

The Facilities Maintenance Manager plays an important role in the daily operation of our business. This position is responsible for maintaining and repairing restaurant equipment, facilities, and property across multiple locations.

We’re looking for someone who can identify problems, determine the most effective solution, complete repairs when appropriate, and coordinate with outside vendors when necessary.

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair restaurant equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and facilities
• Complete general building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and other repairs
• as appropriate
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues and emergencies
• Use a computer and/or mobile application to receive, track, and complete work orders
• Perform maintenance and repairs safely and according to industry-standard practices
• Assist with equipment installation, repair, and maintenance projects
• Perform exterior building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors
• Evaluate when repairs can be completed internally versus when outsourcing is more cost-effective
• Coordinate and oversee outside contractors when necessary
• Travel between DALRT, Inc. locations as needed
• Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including travel time
