In this role, you will build trusted relationships, uncover service opportunities, and develop solutions that support life safety, code compliance, and long-term account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect for new business and qualify opportunities for fire sprinkler service, including repairs, modifications, new construction, and ongoing account work.

How You Will Do It

  • Focus on what matters by listening closely to each customer’s needs, identifying the right service opportunity, and removing obstacles that slow the sale or delivery.

  • Improve every day by refining estimates, strengthening follow-up, and using feedback to make the sales process simpler and more effective.

  • Win as one team by collaborating with service, design, and management colleagues and building trust with customers, contractors, and end users.

  • Communicate clearly, document thoroughly, and keep forecasting and account information current.

  • Apply technical knowledge of sprinkler systems, blueprints, NFPA 13, and local codes to develop practical, compliant recommendations.

  • Experience in sprinkler design, estimating, and hydraulic calculations.
