FlexStaff is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Bilingual Clinical Assessment RN Manager to lead and optimize our client’s critical clinical assessment process within a supportive PACE organization. Job Description:

As a Clinical Assessment RN Manager, you won't just manage; you'll transform how we assess and care for our Chinese or Spanish speaking participants in Brooklyn. Taking your expertise directly into their homes, you will:

  • Lead with Precision: Oversee and ensure the effective and efficient completion of all tasks related to the clinical assessment process.
  • Master the UAS-NY: Become the trusted expert for UAS-NY completion, driving accuracy and compliance in every assessment.
  • Drive Comprehensive Care: Lead comprehensive assessments, clinical onboarding, and ongoing reassessments, guaranteeing participant needs are thoroughly identified.
  • Guard Participant Safety: Conduct crucial medication reviews and post-hospital discharge evaluations, ensuring seamless transitions and preventing adverse events.
  • Empower Communication: Leverage your fluent Chinese or Spanish to build rapport, gather critical information, and provide clear explanations to participants and their families, breaking down language barriers to care.
  • Optimize Processes: Continuously evaluate and improve workflows within the clinical assessment function, ensuring best practices and efficiency.
  • Be a Field Innovator: Enjoy the autonomy and connection of conducting in-home participant assessments across Brooklyn.
    • Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license – ready to make a difference!
    • PROVEN expertise with UAS-NY – this is critical for success in this role!
    • FLUENT in Mandarin, Cantonese, or Fuzhou Nese/Fujianese Chinese or Spanish– you are a linguistic lifeline for our participants!
