Position Summary:

RLM Underground is seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Manager to support our growing telecommunications construction operations. In this role, the Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing active construction sites, ensuring employee and crew safety, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout each project. Candidates must have proven experience in underground telecommunications, construction, and team management. The Construction Manager plays a key role in ensuring all customer requirements are met and projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees construction sites to ensure a high level of quality and safety.
  • Responsible for customer and homeowner relations.
  • Assists customers and homeowners with complaints and restoration concerns.
  • Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with approved documents and procedures.
  • Ensures that the project is completed in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.
  • Lead and direct ground crews daily.
  • Develops redline and daily reports.
  • Responsible for procurement at jobsites including straw, seed, cutters, shovels, batteries, tarps, paint, etc.
  • Monitors schedule updates.
  • Maintains cleanliness of jobsites, company equipment, and vehicles. 
  • Daily inspections of company vehicles, equipment, and jobsites.
