What You'll Do

As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care and help ensure our residents receive safe, compassionate, and individualized care.

Responsibilities include:

• Assessing residents and identifying individual care needs

• Developing and implementing individualized care plans

• Providing and documenting nursing care

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered

• Supervising CNAs and other team members in the delivery of resident care

• Communicating with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

• Following applicable state and federal regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the state of practice

• Ability to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Commitment to resident dignity, safety, and quality care

• Newly licensed LPNs are welcome to apply

• Experienced LPNs are encouraged to apply
