The Restaurant Supervisor at Emeril's Kitchen creates the extraordinary for our guests and team members with direct oversight of the restaurant operations
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the service operations of the Restaurant
- Able to build a team that creates a memorable fine dining experience for each guest every time
- Ensuring consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in areas of responsibility.
- Implementing training programs that ensure high quality service
- Providing adequate training and tools for employees
- Ensuring all areas are kept clean and in proper condition
- Scheduling of employees to ensure the highest possible level of service
- Supervising the front of the house employees in respective food outlets
- Maintaining proper employee/employer relations
- Reports department activity regularly. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required
- Good oral and written communication skills
- 1 - 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high quality guest service skills.
- Good understanding of how his/her job responsibilities relate to other areas of operation.
- Willingness to work any shift, any day, when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
- Physical mobile with reasonable accommodations.
- Lift and carry upwards of 50 lbs
- Bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip and carry heavy loads
- Run on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs
- Respond to visual and aural cues
- Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
