The Restaurant Supervisor at Emeril's Kitchen creates the extraordinary for our guests and team members with direct oversight of the restaurant operations

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the service operations of the Restaurant
  • Able to build a team that creates a memorable fine dining experience for each guest every time
  • Ensuring consistent, high quality service standards are maintained in areas of responsibility.
  • Implementing training programs that ensure high quality service
  • Providing adequate training and tools for employees
  • Ensuring all areas are kept clean and in proper condition
  • Scheduling of employees to ensure the highest possible level of service
  • Supervising the front of the house employees in respective food outlets
  • Maintaining proper employee/employer relations
  • Reports department activity regularly. Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions when required
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • 1 - 2 years food and beverage supervisory experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, leadership, communication, team building and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in maintaining consistent, high quality guest service skills.
  • Good understanding of how his/her job responsibilities relate to other areas of operation.
  • Willingness to work any shift, any day, when necessary.

Additional Requirements:

  • Physical mobile with reasonable accommodations.
  • Lift and carry upwards of 50 lbs
  • Bend, jump, twist, crouch, grip and carry heavy loads
  • Run on level surfaces, as well as up and down stairs
  • Respond to visual and aural cues
  • Operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.
