Job Description

The Team Lead will operate a Safe Haven for Homeless women who have serious Mental Illness by providing a 24 hour residence. They will also provide housing navigation services to develop a housing stability plan for all clients. 


Minimum Requirements 

  • Master’s Degree in social services field
  • 4 Years of social services experience
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • Possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties / Skills Required 

  • Maintain a safe environment for 24 women homeless women suffering with Mental Illness.
  • Supervise 14 Housing Specialist in a 24 hour shelter.
  • Provide Case management to the women in the shelter.
  • Assist with housing applications and referrals.
