Driver

Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for a Pickup Truck Driver! 

This position is responsible for the delivery of aluminum fishing boats, pontoons, and fiberglass boats and parts to our dealer network.

Responsibilities include:

• Traveling to 48 States & Canada! 
• Driving a 3/4 Ton Pickup Truck, Ford, Chevy, or Dodge with ELD
• Hauling a single boat bunk trailer
• Occasionally, may be needed to drive a Van to deliver parts to our dealer network

Required skills and experience:

• Valid Driver’s License, Class A CDL is not required but a plus
• Valid Passport for Canada border crossings, or willingness to get one after hire
• Ability to maintain accurate Hours of Service Duty Logs according to DOT regulations
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting/crouching, climbing, reaching above shoulder level, pushing, and pulling
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Repetitive grasping and turning
• Working inside/outside

 Compensation/Benefits:

• Paying .55 cents per mile plus Stop Pay
• .02 cents per mile safety bonus paid weekly, if applicable
• Hotel Lodging paid by company
• Meal Per Diems Paid, up to $56/day
• Home on weekends
