Manufacturing Support

Smoker Craft, Inc currently has an opening for Manufacturing Support! This position works from our plant in New Paris, IN.

This position will provide support to any department of Smoker Craft, Inc. when needed. 

Responsibilities include:

• Undergo training in various departments to be able to help wherever needed; Pontoon, Aluminum, Fiberglass Production.
• Open to learning and performing any job within the plant.
• Help train new hires as needed. 
• Work with a variety of team members and supervisors.

Required skills and experience:

• Candidates with tig welding experience.
• Flexibility, as this person will be required to work and cover any areas needed due to attendance or production demand. 
• Ability to work between the hours of 5 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays if needed. Flexibility to work the schedule required by the assigned department is essential.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. continuously throughout the shift.
• Ability to read a measuring tape and use any hand/power tools needed.

Schedule: 

-8-10 hour shift

-Monday to Friday and Saturdays if needed

-Schedule will vary based on department coverage needs, with start times of 5:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m. and end times of 2:30 p.m. or 4:30 p.m.
