IES Residential is currently seeking an individual to join our Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning team.

 

 

· Minimum 5 years supervisory experience managing a team of at least ten people

· Experience working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment

· Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written

· Computer and technology literate

· Highly attentive; does not overlook the details

· Demonstrated ability to train others

· Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often

· Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

· Experience with Service Titan preferred
