We currently have immediate per diem opportunities throughout Westchester County, offering flexible 6–12 hour day shifts that fit your schedule and availability.
Your Role:
As a Per Diem HHA, you will provide meaningful support and companionship while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assist clients with personal care and daily living activities
- Provide medication reminders and routine support
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help create a safe and comfortable home environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid New York State HHA Certification
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Physical exam within the last 12 months
- PPD/QuantiFERON within the last 12 months or chest X-ray within 5 years
- MMR immunization within required timeframe
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
