We are seeking Cable Technicians to become an integral part of our team! Team members will service and install broadband data, voice and video systems as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and repair of broadband data, video and voice systems
- Install and service data, video and voice configurations to minimize communication disruptions
- Provide training and support to telecommunications personnel
- Investigate customer issues and design appropriate solutions
- Order and maintain inventory stock supplies
- Maintain all company assets safeguarded
​Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or other related fields
- Familiarity with telecommunications equipment
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service skills
