About this role

We're hiring a Finance AI Implementation Associate to sit at the seam between our customers and our product. You'll work directly with brands to optimize their cash across cash management, bill pay, and forecast health on our agentic platform and you'll be the primary channel feeding what you learn back into what we build. Every manual workflow you run today is a candidate for tomorrow's autonomous capability, and you'll be the one spotting which ones, specifying them, and partnering with Product and Engineering to ship them. This role is based in our NoHo, NYC office.

What you鈥檒l do

  • Implement and operate customer workflows. Configure each customer's setup across cash management recommendations, AP and bill pay, and forecast health monitoring. Own the outcome, customers should see measurable cash improvements from your work

  • Work hands-on with the agentic platform. Prompt it, evaluate outputs, tune behavior, and build the skills and workflows it uses to serve customers. You're not just a user of the platform, you're shaping how it behaves

  • Partner closely with Product. Spot patterns across customers, translate them into clear asks, and work with PMs and engineers to translate manual workflows into autonomous ones

  • Prototype new AI-powered workflows. When a customer need doesn't fit what exists, build something. Partner with customers and internal teams to test ideas quickly and bring the winners into the product

  • Solve ambiguous financial problems. Break down messy customer situations, reason through them, and design workflows that scale beyond a single brand

  • Engage customers directly. Be a person they trust to optimize their cash and resolve issues completely

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer-facing, strategy & operations or product role

  • Strong analytical thinking; able to break down ambiguous financial problems and reason through them clearly

  • Hands-on experience tinkering with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor (personal projects, school, or work all count)

  • Desire to learn; able to pick up on unfamiliar concepts quickly and directly apply in day-to-day work

  • Understanding of core financial concepts (cash flow, P&L, AP/AR) and genuine curiosity about fintech

  • Comfort in Excel or Google Sheets modeling and analysis

  • Strong communication skills; can articulate complex concepts clearly to customers

  • Comfort working cross-functionally and moving fast in ambiguous, early-stage environments

  • BA or higher, preferably in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field
