As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll work alongside our Front Office TEAM to lead daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure every guest receives the welcoming, attentive service our hotel is known for.

This is an opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional ready to strengthen their leadership skills while making a direct impact on both guest and TEAM member satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you'll support the daily operation of the hotel's guest services while working side-by-side with the TEAM. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee daily Front Desk, Reservations, Audit, and general Guest Services operations
  • Train, coach, mentor, and support Front Office TEAM members
  • Work alongside the TEAM during daily operations to maintain exceptional service standards
  • Help set the tone for the guest experience by leading through example
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and a positive experience for every guest
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with TEAM members and other hotel departments
  • Support the TEAM in achieving outstanding guest and team member satisfaction throughout the hotel
  • Complete assignments effectively both independently and as a TEAM contributor
  • Perform quality work within established deadlines, with or without direct supervision

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of previous Assistant Front Office Manager experience in a branded hotel environment
  • College degree or coursework in a hospitality-related field preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High energy with effective and influential people skills
  • Positive attitude with the ability and desire to motivate others
  • Reliable, organized, and able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong knowledge of software applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of hotel-specific platforms including OnQ, Opera, Fosse, Lightspeed, HotSOS, GXP, BOB, Kipsu, and Slack
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are preferred, and Spanish language skills are beneficial
  • Full schedule availability is required, including the ability to work varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays
