The Night Operations Services Manager is responsible for overseeing evening operations across multiple client locations. Â This role ensures that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and operational excellence while providing leadership, training and support to site team members. Â The manager serves as the primary point of contact for all night-shift operations and is responsible for workforce management, quality assurance, safety compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across multiple sites.
Must always be reachable by phone in case of emergency.

Responsibilities
- The Night Operations Services Manager is responsible for overseeing evening operations across multiple client locations. This role ensures that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety and operational excellence while providing leadership, training and support to site team members. The manager serves as the primary point of contact for all night-shift operations and is responsible for workforce management, quality assurance, safety compliance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency across multiple sitesÂ
- Complete site inspections using the ABM Site Inspection system and immediately report any potential issues, hazards, or safety concernsÂ
- Coordinate nightly tickets/tasks with the team membersÂ
- Review team member performance and ensure all night-shift job descriptions and work schedules are current and maintained in alignment with ABM and client requirementsÂ
- Conduct performance coaching and monthly safety training, and collaborate with the ABM Safety and Risk team to develop and maintain customized safety training programsÂ
- Review the replacement staffing coverage file daily for team member days off and paid leave entitlements and ensure to train any new team members assigned to the siteÂ
- Perform weekly audits of team member attendance, timekeeping, and labor hoursÂ
- Monitor and oversee all restorative cleaning processes during the PM shiftÂ
- Communicate and follow up on all night-shift issues with day management and the Sr. District Manager to ensure continuity of operationsÂ
- Monitor the condition and functionality of all equipment to ensure proper operation and maintenanceÂ
- Ensure team members receive appropriate training before operating new equipmentÂ
- Coordinate and place supply orders through the assigned system, follow ordering guidelines, and maintain accurate inventory counts through weekly reviewsÂ
- Communicate daily with the Day Manager regarding special events, activities, or operational changes that may impact night servicesÂ
- Inspect and manage the scheduling of specialty services, including carpet care, floor maintenance, glass cleaning, and monthly turnover projectsÂ
- Schedule and oversee special cleaning requests related to new building openings, expansions, closures, and other operational needsÂ
- Provide ongoing safety training to all night-shift team membersÂ
- Ensure compliance with all applicable OSHA regulations and company safety policiesÂ
- Manage CorrigoPro work orders and tickets, ensuring timely acceptance, completion, and documentationÂ
- Review and submit payroll accurately and within established deadlinesÂ
- Be available to work holidays and weekends as operational needs requireÂ
- Remain on call for weather-related emergencies and special property eventsÂ
- Demonstrate proficiency in operating commercial cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, carpet extraction machines, pressure washers, and related equipmentÂ
- Maintain an accurate inventory of ABM’s equipment in the designated fileÂ
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to support business needsÂ
- Perform all other duties as assignedÂ
Qualifications
· Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
· Previous supervisory or management experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations management
· Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
· Detail-oriented
· Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices
· Experience with payroll systems, work order management platforms, and inventory control
· Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Valid driver’s license
· Able to travel to job sites
· Experience in cost estimating/pricing work required
· Must be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.
