About the Role:

 

The team:

The role is responsible for coordinating and managing the regional triReduce-triBalance Client services team consisting of 5-6 team members. The role also involves most aspects of delivering the triReduce and triBalance cycles. 


Responsibilities and Impact:

Manage the regional triReduce-triBalance Client services team:

  1. Coordinate the workflow for the different cycles of the team
  2. Ensure all team members are conversant with the latest technical knowledge required to deliver the service and generate Unwind Proposals.
  3. Coordinate activities of the team such as meetings, training, customer visits, etc. to ensure full support coverage for clients
  4. Provide internal training for new and existing members of the team.
  5. Participate in the regional recruiting process.
  6. Ensure that the team get good feedback and support to evolve in their role, by holding formal and informal one-to-one meetings with each team member.
  7. Strengthen the Osttra values by acting as a role model in the team.

 

Oversee Client services for regional clients

  1. Ensure regional clients receive adequate training and support
  2. Ensure regional clients derive maximum value from triReduce and triBalance. This is achieved through a combination of communication, support, training and escalation as appropriate.

 

Contribute to Global Client services organisation

  1. The team leader is responsible for ensuring that the cycles are properly staffed in a reasonable amount of time prior to the cycle.
  2. Work with Head of Client services and regional team leaders to ensure that work is done with a consistent global approach.
  3. Liaise with and contribute to Client services activities in other regions.
  4. Continuously improve internal processes with the objective to achieve a high degree of reliability of producing triReduce-triBalance cycles.
  5. Provide feedback on market or client variables, which influence the timing of regional cycles, as well as the allocation of regional resources for the cycle team.

 

What we’re looking for: 

Fundamental requirements:

  1. Leadership – This role requires the ability to lead, organise and delegate successfully to the team of people working within the regional team.
  2. Knowledge of the services – It is a key requirement to have a detailed understanding of the triReduce and triBalance services, how the services work, the problems they solve, the limitations and the flexibility of what can be done when using the services.
  3. Communication – This role must be able to effectively communicate with our clients to quickly address any issues that may arise before they turn into real problems.
  4. Financial Industry knowledge – This role shall be versed in the financial markets; processes related to trading and post execution and OTC derivatives products. Strong OTC product knowledge in terms of valuation and risk.
  5. IT/Technical – Solid technical knowledge of Osttra platforms. Good understanding of MySQL database structures and handling SQL queries. Basic understanding of Python programming

Compensation/benefits information:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $165,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
