Treatment Coordinator

$28–$40/hour

Our high-end, boutique dental practice is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who enjoys building relationships, helping patients move forward with treatment, and creating outstanding patient experiences.

This is not a high-volume, "patients in and out" environment. What You'll Do
  • Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately
  • Help patients understand their treatment options and next steps
  • Guide patients through scheduling and treatment coordination
  • Assist with financial discussions and payment arrangements
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with patients
  • Manage patient schedules and treatment follow-up
  • Support front office operations and patient communications
  • Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to deliver an exceptional patient experience
What We're Looking For
  • Treatment Coordinator experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements

Compensation & Perks

Schedule
  • Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • Thursday: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
  • One Saturday per month: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • Knowledge of Dentrix and experience as Dental Front desk.
  • Experience in high-end customer service in General Dental or Prosthodontics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain treatment plans clearly and empathetically, with clinical knowledge.
  • Comfortable discussing financial options with patients.
