How you'll make an impact

Position Summary 

 

  • Specializes in management of early talent development related initiatives and internship programs and establishing regional early talent pipeline strategies.
  • Execute recruitment and sourcing strategies and deliver internship and development programs targeting the right candidates and communicating employee value proposition and company brand.
  • Engages regional leaders in program sponsorship, early talent pipeline strategy, and branch accountability. Leads regional campus and sourcing strategies to develop recruitment activity plan.
  • Manages regional candidate pool and leverages feedback and data to track program / participant success and drive continuous improvement.
  • May support early career development program delivery.
    Applies advanced knowledge obtained through education and work experience.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Managing products, systems and/or projects/processes, and working independently with limited supervision.
  • Facing function related problems that are sometimes difficult and moderately complex.
    Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals.

About You

Required 

 

  • Requires advanced technical knowledge function typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • May have practical knowledge of project management.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
