We're looking for sales representatives in Queens who want to do meaningful work, build real skills, and get paid every week for their effort. This isn't an office job. You'll be out in Queens neighborhoods having real conversations with homeowners about their energy options. We give you the territory, the training, and the support; you bring the work ethic and the people skills. No experience needed. We pay you to learn from day one.
Responsibilities
What You'll Earn
- $900–$1,200+/week — base + commission + bonuses
- First-year potential: $55K–$100K+

What Your Day Looks Like
Residents in New York have the legal right to choose their energy supplier. Most don't know it. You're the one who changes that neighborhood by neighborhood, door by door.
- Canvass assigned residential areas across Queens and surrounding boroughs
- Start straightforward conversations about energy choice and savings
- Explain the value clearly so homeowners feel confident and informed
- Walk customers through a simple, accurate enrollment process
- Build your skills through daily coaching and mentorship
- Work toward team targets and your own personal income goals
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- No experience required — we'll train you on everything
- Comfortable talking to people face to face
- Motivated by income and growth
- Reliable, coachable, and competitive
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
