Link’sĀ 10-weekĀ paidĀ summer internship programĀ helpsĀ students gain valuable experience and develop business skills while learning the basics ofĀ logisticsĀ real estate. We offer internships inĀ a variety ofĀ departments including Capital Markets, Development, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investments, LeasingĀ and more.   

  

Link is looking forĀ actively enrolled juniors (rising seniors) who would be interested inĀ gaining hands-on experience with institutional real estate finance atĀ portfolioĀ scale. You will support forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting while learning how a large finance organization uses modern data, BI, and AI-enabled workflows.Ā You will work alongside finance leadership and cross-functional partners inĀ capital markets,Ā asset management, property management, and leasing, contributing to recurring reporting and theĀ reforecastĀ process.Ā

WhatĀ You’llĀ Do:

  • Support portfolio NOI reporting, reforecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysisĀ 

  • Track occupancy, leasing performance, and other key real estate operating metricsĀ 

  • Partner cross functionally with Capital Markets on reporting initiatives and ad hoc analysisĀ 

  • Help build automated reporting pipelines, dashboards, and AI-enabled FP&A workflows and insightsĀ 

  • Maintain, refine, and improve Excel forecasting models and recurring analytical workbooksĀ 

  • Contribute to monthly business reviews, market-level reporting, and executive-ready deliverablesĀ 

  • Communicate findings through Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI dashboards, and concise written summariesĀ 

  • Partner cross-functionally with asset management, property management, leasing, and finance teams to support operating assumptions and business insightsĀ

What You Will Bring:

  • Current junior (rising senior) undergraduate student at an accredited four-year institutionĀ 

  • Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative fieldĀ 

  • Strong Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling; comfortable working in complex workbooksĀ 

  • ProficiencyĀ with Microsoft Word and PowerPointĀ 

  • Basic understanding of real estate investment and finance concepts, including market analysis, financial analysis, property valuation, capital markets, NOI, occupancy, and leasing metricsĀ 

  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Python, SQL, or similar analytical and visualization tools preferredĀ 

  • Experience using AI tools thoughtfully in an analytical workflow preferredĀ 

  • Strong interest in commercial real estate asset management, investment, and financial planning and analysis; no formal real estate experienceĀ requiredĀ 

$30/hour represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
