What You'll Do
Develop and implement curriculum plans providing age-appropriate instruction and supervision for the individual child or group of children.
Interact with children at all times in a nurturing and developmentally appropriate way, while encouraging self-help.
Assure the supervision and safety of children including the enforcement of child release policies.
Perform child observation, child assessment and timely records keeping.
Supervise classroom Associate Teachers, Foster Grandparents, and Volunteers.
Interact with families in a respectful and nonjudgmental manner.
Work with Agency personnel and community agencies to address the individual needs of children and families.
Promote and model developmentally appropriate practices, good hygiene and nutrition.
Adhere to all program and agency policies.
Participate in ongoing staff development, in-services, and additional meetings.

You're a great fit for this role if you have:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related fieldÂ
- Certification in early childhood education preferred
- First Aid and CPR preferred.

Compensation:
45,000-60,000Â (depending on credentials and experience)
