What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Manager to drive partnerships and content initiatives for our key clients. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for new influencer inquiries, playing a key role in identifying opportunities, negotiating, and managing campaigns.

The ideal candidate is naturally tuned into social media trends and pop culture, with a strong intuition for what resonates with different audiences. They will have a sharp eye for discovering emerging creators across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and understand how to leverage content for performance-driven strategies.

This role requires creative thinking, relationship management, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and execute tailored campaign strategies that align with our clients' objectives

  • Manage and grow relationships with external partners, including but not limited to influencers, UGC agencies, talent networks, and independent creators

  • Lead the full influencer campaign process, from talent discovery and outreach to negotiation, scheduling, and performance tracking

  • Develop clear and compelling briefs to guide partners in creating content and executing campaigns effectively

  • Ensure timely content delivery, providing feedback to creators and partners as needed to adhere to the brand briefs

  • Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to help inform future campaigns

  • Support marketing efforts by contributing to sales materials, case studies, industry reports, and content for owned channels

  • Identify opportunities to refine workflows and improve efficiency across influencer, UGC, and affiliate programs

  • Educate internal teams on best practices and equip them with the knowledge to confidently communicate the value of influencers to clients, helping drive adoption and business growth

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience managing end-to-end influencer campaigns, preferably with a focus on performance KPIs. Experience with eCommerce, alcohol, or DTC brands is a plus

  • Hands-on experience with influencer discovery & management platforms (e.g. CreatorIQ, Klear, or similar)

  • Experience in crafting briefs that align with brand goals and provide clear direction for content execution

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while coordinating with influencers, talent agencies, and other partners at various stages

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter and ability to work independently

Additional Information:

  • Salary Band: $80,000-$95,000

  • Competitive benefits package, including 20 vacation days and 401k match

  • Summer Fridays: we aim to stop working at 3:00pm on Fridays from Memorial Day to Labor Day

  • Holiday Break: 11 annual bank holidays, plus Christmas to New Year’s Eve

  • Flexible working and WFH opportunities: Two days per week in the NY office required

  • All candidates must have the ability to work in the US; we are unable to sponsor any work visas for this role
