Signature Cleaning Services is seeking a dependable, motivated, and hands-on Janitorial Team Lead to support our day-to-day cleaning operations throughout New York City. This position is ideal for someone with janitorial experience who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow into a leadership role. You will work closely with management to ensure our client locations remain clean, safe, and operating efficiently. Why Join Signature? Full-time, stable employment Opportunities for career growth and advancement Company vehicle provided during working hours (if applicable) Work with a supportive and experienced management team Variety of worksites and responsibilities What You'll Do Support and coordinate daily cleaning operations at multiple client sites Fill in at locations as needed to ensure service coverage Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites Assist with floor care, deep cleaning, and special projects Conduct quality checks and support safety compliance efforts Communicate with employees, supervisors, managers, and clients Help train and support cleaning staff as needed Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Comfortable driving throughout NYC boroughs Janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required Floor care experience (stripping, waxing, buffing, carpet cleaning) preferred Ability to lift and transport supplies and equipment (up to 50 lbs.) Reliable, organized, and able to work independently Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Schedule:  This is a full-time position with flexible hours. Typical schedules range between 30-45 hours per week, depending on business needs. Some early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends may be required.
