Job DetailsJob Location: HUD Permanent Supportive Housing - Staten Island, NY 10310Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $18.68 - $27.47 HourlyJob Shift: DayWork Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm position, must be flexible to work some evening hours if needed. Responsibilities: Monitoring daily and long-term maintenance care of apartments in the program. Monitor operation of mechanical systems in the apartments. General cleaning, painting, drywall repair, ability to change locks and doors. Provides minor repair and improvements to residences when necessary. Maintain stock of maintenance supplies needed for residence upkeep. Deliver and move furniture in/out of apartments as directed. Clean and disinfecting apartments prior to occupancy. Snow/ice removal on the various residences' property.     Qualifications High School Diploma/GED or equivalent related maintenance experience required. A clean and valid driver's license is required. Basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems experience needed. The ability to diagnose problems and troubleshoot resolution The ability to establish workload priorities.
