*          Provides direct patient care including evaluation and treatment as outlined by the guidelines of NYS Physical Therapy Practice Act and Hospital policy.

*         Provides routine clinical mentorship to P.T.A.'s, Rehabilitation Aides and students.

*          Embraces the team concept of the department and the customer service approach to patient care.

Work schedule:

Ability to work on a flexible schedule, which includes working until 9p.m. select weeknights and designated weekend days scheduled by seniority.

May need to work  up to (26) weekend days a year

Workdays will be M-F with the option to work on a 4 or 5-day schedule. Hours vary 5-day 8-4:00p or 4-day 8-545p

Requirements:

*          B.S. Degree in Physical Therapy - Required

*          New York State license and current registration or a limited permit for a recent graduate - Required

*          BLS from American Heart Association or American Red Cross - Required
