Job Description

Plans, coordinates, organizes, and facilitates outreach events. Investigates and develops additional awareness events to educate and benefit the patient and families about the programs and services.

Job Responsibility

 

  • Collaborates with leadership to develop strategies to increase participation. 
  • Supports the creation of content calendars, social campaign concepts. 
  • Executes and coordinates all activities related to each event including; speakers, conference, arrangements, content, event setup, materials and other items; maintains events status, prepares progress reports to ensure projects/events are completed on-time. 
  • Plans, coordinates, and conducts logistics for meetings/events, timelines and schedules; provides feedback on special events planned and implemented; liaises with staff and attendees and troubleshoots complications. 
  • Assists with the production of printed material – invitations, programs, brochures, conference materials, supplies, flyers, etc. 
  • Conducts post-event evaluations, presents outcomes to management to evaluate overall results and effectiveness of strategic plan for program growth. 
  • Assists in organizing volunteers and staffing for special events; coordinates and facilitates volunteer feedback systems, designed to foster positive relations; assists in evaluating new volunteer services and programs. 
  • Attends and conducts event planning, meetings and host events. 
  • Builds positive relationships through social media applications. 
  • Operates under general guidance and work assignments are varied and require interpretation and independent decisions on course of action.

Job Qualification

 

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience, required.
