JOB TITLE: Recruiter
SUMMARY:
The Job Recruiter will play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition process, responsible for identifying, attracting,and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. The recruiter’s role will contribute significantly to the hiring process, ensuring that interviews are structured, fair, and aligned with the company’s values and goals.

Monday - Friday 10AM - 6PM

Full-Time (One remote day a week)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Work closely with the leadership team members to understand the specific requirements of each position.
· Gain insights into the skills, competencies, and traits crucial for success in each role.
· Collect feedback from the leadership team, interviewers, and candidates to continually refine and improve interview questions.
· Analyze interview outcomes to identify areas for improvement and adjust questions accordingly.
· Screen incoming resumes and distribute them to the leadership team.
· Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
· Draft compelling and accurate job descriptions for open positions.
· Post job openings on relevant job boards, company careers page, and social media platforms.
· Develop and implement effective recruitment advertising strategies.
· Coordinate with HR for a smooth onboarding process.
· Collects and analyzes data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates in particular fields.
· Consults data and records to identify and select potential candidates for vacant positions.
· Checks candidates’ references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.
· Counsels candidates on the interview and hiring process.
· Organizes and attends job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities.
· Follows up with the leadership team after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
· Arranges interview scheduling with the staff and candidates.
· Maintains and ensures compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations.
· Create a comprehensive set of standard interview questions for different roles, ensuring they cover technical, behavioral, and situational aspects and align with the company’s values.
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least two years of human resources or related experience required.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
