We are seeking a creative and versatile Vice President, Graphic Designer to join our marketing and brand team. This role is ideal for a highly skilled visual storyteller who excels in graphic design, motion graphics, UX/UI design, and video editing. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing compelling brand and marketing content across digital and print channels, helping translate complex financial concepts into engaging, audience-focused creative assets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this individual will play a key role in enhancing brand presence, driving engagement, and delivering innovative design solutions that support business objectives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design a wide range of marketing and event collateral, including LinkedIn and other social media post graphics, conference and event branding (digital and print), invitations, internal communications materials, and presentation decks. 

  • Create motion graphics and animation for social media content and conference/event branding. 

  • Design web pages and layouts for corporate and campaign websites (UX/UI). 

  • Edit video content optimized for LinkedIn and other social media platforms. 

  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and business teams to translate financial concepts into engaging, consumer-friendly content. 

  • Stay current on emerging design and creative technologies, recommending innovative applications where appropriate. 

  • Ensure all creative aligns with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements, particularly within financial services. 

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Design, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field preferred) with 5–10 years of relevant experience. 

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in graphic design and motion design; working knowledge of UX/UI design for websites. 

  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and follow through on projects with attention to detail. 

  • Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and competing deadlines. 

  • Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 

  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro). 

  • Knowledge of social media design features (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter). 

  • Experience using AI to enhance creative workflows is a strong plus — including AI-assisted content generation and AI-driven UX/UI prototyping tools (e.g., Claude Design). 

  • Background in financial services is a plus. 

  • Portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design, motion design, and UX/UI work required for consideration. 

 

 

Salary range: $130,000 - $160,000 + annual discretionary bonus

The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis considering a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
