About The Opportunity
TrueGrowth AI is building a network of top-performing remote professionals to serve our growing customer base of staffing agencies, BPOs, and high-growth companies across the US. We're hiring for multiple roles including:
- Appointment Setters (cold outreach, B2B sales)
- Virtual Assistants (administrative support, calendar management)
- Customer Service Representatives (inbound support, client communication)
- Sales Development Representatives (outbound prospecting)
- Operations Coordinators (project management, workflow support)
You'll be matched with one of our customer companies based on your skills and their needs. Many positions offer long-term placements, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, professional work environment
- Computer with webcam and microphone
- Ability to work US business hours (or align with client time zones)
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred:
- Previous experience in any of: sales, customer service, virtual assistance, recruiting, or client-facing roles
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Experience with cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone)
- Bilingual capability (Spanish, Tagalog, Portuguese, French — a plus)
What You'll Do
Depending on your match, you may:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments for B2B clients
- Manage email and calendar workflows for executives
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues
- Conduct cold outreach via email and LinkedIn
- Support recruiting and candidate communication
- Manage CRM data and pipeline tracking
