• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates) to continuously optimize campaigns

Content, Campaigns & Creative

• Oversee design and execution of promotional campaigns, sales events, and seasonal offers—working with internal teams and vendors
• Direct the creation of brand-aligned visuals, including photo, video, and design for use across platforms (including aesthetic editing and layout when needed)

Digital & Social Presence
• Manage the practice’s social media strategy and calendar, increasing engagement and growth through strong storytelling and branding
• Write, schedule, and analyze email and SMS campaigns for promotions, events, patient education, and lead nurturing
• Leverage content from providers (before & after photos, video, quotes) to attract ideal patients, particularly through channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google

Patient Experience & Culture
• Create in-practice brand touchpoints through signage, giveaways, and visual merchandising
• Plan and execute team appreciation initiatives, staff events, and brand culture campaigns to boost employee engagement and retention
• Support front desk and patient care center efforts to enhance overall patient journey and satisfaction

Community, Partnerships & PR
• Collaborate with local businesses, nonprofits, and vendors for cross-promotions, sponsorships, and outreach opportunities
• Oversee public relations efforts including writing press releases, crafting thought-leadership content, and coordinating with media outlets
• Manage relationships with external marketing partners, such as Google Ads vendors, SEO consultants, and aesthetics product reps

• Co-lead weekly marketing meetings and contribute to monthly team meetings with updates and inspiration
• Provide occasional support to the front office and leadership team when needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a senior marketing role—experience in aesthetic medicine, medspa, or luxury healthcare strongly preferred
• Proven track record in digital marketing, especially SEO, paid search, social media, and email automation
• Strong project management and content creation skills; able to move from concept to execution independently
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Zoho, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and marketing automation platforms
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong design eye and comfort working with visual media and brand guidelines
• Passion for wellness, aesthetics, and high-touch service
