About the Role

Bristol Glen is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for the evening shift. You'll provide direct nursing care to residents, on a team recognized as a Great Place to Work for nine straight years.

What You'll Do:  

  • Assess and monitor resident health status throughout your shift
  • Admit, discharge, and transfer residents
  • Deliver hands-on nursing care according to each resident's care plan
  • Administer medications and document care accurately and on time
  • Take part in care planning, assessments, and evaluations
  • Work with residents, families, and the care team to support each resident's well-being

What You'll Need:

Required:

  • Active RN license in New Jersey
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program or associate degree in nursing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to pass a drug test and background check
  • Flu vaccination (medical and religious exemptions available)

Preferred:

  • Experience in long-term care or sub-acute rehab

Pay and Benefits:

  • $40.33–$50.33/hour based on experience
  • $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time evening shift, paid per company policy
  • Shift differentials: $2.00/hour evenings, $2.00/hour overnights, $1.50/hour weekends
