Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift: Mon-Fri, days

*Location: The Digital Marketing Specialist can work out of either our Newtown Square, PA office OR our Silver Spring, MD office, depending on where the candidate lives and which location is closer.

Position Purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and will support the social media strategy and execution for Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create consumer-focused content that engages various audiences. The specialist will ensure consistent, coordinated, and high-performing delivery that aligns with both system-wide and hospital-based priorities. Additionally, this position requires the ability to analyze data, track results, and make recommendations to improve performance of social media initiatives.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:

  • Support the execution of THMA’s social media strategy for hospitals in Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
  • Execute enterprise social media strategy. Oversee workflows and content calendar management.
  • Ensure adherence to established social media standards, training and internal resources to ensure consistent alignment across hospitals.
  • Ensure that the content is optimized to align with the audience's interests and needs.
  • Monitor audience sentiment, reviews, comments, and online conversations to identify emerging issues and escalating sensitive or negative issues when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field (required)

  • 3+ years relevant work experience (required)

  • Experience supporting enterprise social media channels with knowledge of modern platforms

  • Video editing and graphic design skills.
