Chandler Hall, a continuing care retirement community, provide, offers a wide spectrum of services for individuals at all stages of the aging process including Community Living, Personal Care, Home Hospice, Independent Living, Respite Care, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Care. 

We are seeking a dedicated, full-time Senior Living Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and their families, and guiding them through the decision-making process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and a strong understanding of the senior living environment and greater health care market.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new residents to the community.
  • Conduct tours and presentations for prospective residents and their families.
  • Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, healthcare professionals, and community partners.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Manage lead base and maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and sales activities om CRM.
  • Collaborate with the greater team to promote community events and outreach initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to close sales, preferably in senior living or healthcare industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Compassionate attitude with a genuine interest in helping seniors and their families.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM, lead management software. 

This is a full-time salary plus incentive plan
