Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPCC, LPP, LCSW)

Compensation: $100,000–$110,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are seeking a Virtual Therapist to provide mental health services to clients throughout Kentucky. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule within a structured telehealth setting, with a focus on assessment, therapy, and ongoing client care.

The clinician will:

Conduct initial assessments and develop appropriate care plans
Provide individual and group therapy through telehealth
Establish treatment goals based on client needs
Monitor progress and update treatment objectives when appropriate
Maintain accurate and timely records in the electronic health record
Communicate with other members of the care team when coordination is needed
Follow applicable clinical, ethical, and documentation standards

The ideal candidate is a licensed mental health professional who can work independently, communicate effectively with clients, and maintain consistent documentation while working remotely.

Must hold an active LMFT, LPCC, LPP, or LCSW license in Kentucky
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
Prior experience in therapy settings, preferably including telehealth
Technologically comfortable and self-directed

Fully remote with tech support and admin staff
Reliable schedule and manageable caseload
Learning resources and team support
