This is a new and developing position. We anticipate that we will continue to grow into several counties in the Northern Kentucky area.Â
You should be local to the Northern Kentucky area to be qualified.
Education & Professional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in the human services field with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a behavioral health setting post-bachelor’s degree.
- Certification in the following Department for Behavioral Health, Developmental and Intellectual Disabilities approved trainings to meet the requirements outlined in 908 KAR 2:260:
- Twelve (12) hour Targeted Case Management Core Training
- Six (6) hour Substance Use Disorder Targeted Case Management Training
- Six (6) hour Severe Emotional Disability Targeted Case Management Training
- Six (6) hour Severe Mental Illness Targeted Case Management Training
- Enthusiastic, organized self-starter
- Able to act as the face of the Agency/Program with referring partners, clients and families.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and engagement skills.
- Professional maturity and respect for others.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to follow through with documentation, communication and deadlines.
- Ability to support the agency’s mission and demonstrate respect for cultural diversity and team-centric harmony.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance.
- Must submit to required background checks, fingerprinting and initial drug screen.
