What You’ll Do

• Scrape, rack, stack, and wash china, glassware, silverware, cooking pots, pans, and utensils according to established standards
• Ensure clean dishware, silverware, and glassware are continuously available for the dining venue
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures
• Work efficiently and promptly to support the kitchen and dining team
• Assist with maintaining a safe and productive kitchen environment

What We’re Looking For

• No prior experience required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment
• Strong attention to cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
• Night, weekend, and holiday availability is required due to casino guest operations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods while working in a busy kitchen environment
• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, and controls
• Regularly reach with hands and arms and communicate effectively with team members
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Work Environment

• Regularly work near moving mechanical parts
• Work in a kitchen environment where noise levels are usually loud
• Follow established safety and sanitation procedures at all times
