Position Summary:

The invoice to Cash Manager oversees the entire Invoice to Cash team including Collections, Credit, Cash Application, Deductions, AR Support, Route settlement and equipment control. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining relationships and identifying opportunities for automation and continuous improvement while fostering a positive work environment. This position will partner with the pricing and sales teams to improve invoice to cash processes as well as resolve customer escalation issues. 

 

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Oversee multiple areas of the Invoice to Cash team, such as Collections, Credit Cash Application, Deductions, Accounts Receivable (AR) Support, Route Settlement, Equipment Control, etc.
  • Ensure the team provides great customer service, maintains relationships and fosters a positive work environment 
  • Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement for all aspects of the invoice to cash functions and processes 
  • Collaborate with the Pricing and Sales teams to improve invoice-to-cash processes as well as resolve customer escalation issues 
  • Define objectives and KPI’s, provide reporting and perform daily and monthly AR monitoring of the team’s progress 
  • Support escalated issues with customers to resolve receivable delinquencies and/or discrepancies and take appropriate action on overdue accounts inclusive of recommendation of legal action 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree in with 6 to 8 years of related experience and 3 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of people leadership experience 

 Preferred Education and Experience:  

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
