What You’ll Do

  • Conduct patient assessments, evaluations, and ongoing treatment planning
  • Provide care for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Collaborate with counselors, medical staff, and leadership to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
  • Build meaningful connections with patients while supporting long-term recovery
  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Qualifications:

  • Current and active Ohio Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license - Family or Adult 
  • CPR certification required
  • Completion of required continuing medical education (CME)
  • Experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or MAT preferred
