  • Escalate significant employee-relations, legal, compensation, or policy matters to executive leadership

The Person Who Will Do Well Here

We're looking for someone who closes loops.

If an applicant needs to be contacted, you contact them. If an interview needs to be scheduled, you schedule it. If a credential is missing, you follow up. If an onboarding item hasn't been completed, you don't simply note it - you make sure it gets resolved.

EPCS leadership should be able to see exactly where every candidate and new hire stands without having to chase down information.

Why EPCS?

EPCS provides community-based behavioral health services throughout the Hampton Roads area. We're continuing to strengthen our leadership and operating systems as the organization grows.
