The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strong Program Finance Analyst to join the

NMMES- Navy Maritime Modernization Enterprise Systems team supporting the Program Finance Manager in Norfolk, VA. This is a dynamic team focused on innovation and growth. In this role you will contribute to impactful projects that drive organizational success and collaborate with cross-functional experts to solve complex challenges. You will have access to professional development and advancement opportunities while making a meaningful difference within the company and community.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for program level financial analysis and reporting which includes long-term financial planning, management reporting and financial trends. Requirements include program cost control and management using cost baselines forecasting, customer reporting and invoicing support, annual and multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, and subcontractor financial management and monitoring.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and monitoring or project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with relevant software and tools (e.g., MS Office, project management platforms).

  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, CBAP).
  • Experience in the company’s industry or similar environments.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
