What You'll Do

As a Case Manager Supervisor, you will:

• Provide direct supervision and oversight to case management staff
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular supervision meetings
• Address performance concerns and support staff growth and development
• Provide direct case management services as needed
• Complete and oversee documentation within electronic systems and client records
• Facilitate client progress review meetings
• Ensure compliance with program policies, procedures, and funding source requirements
• Coordinate complex client cases with case managers and housing support staff
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual program reporting requirements
• Support the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field
• Three years of Case Management experience
• Three to five years of supervisory experience
• Valid driver's license
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Basic computer proficiency, including documentation and reporting systems
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and community partners

Preferred

• Master's Degree in Human Services or related field
• Experience in behavioral health, housing, or community-based services
• Knowledge of HUD, OHS, and other program funding requirements
• Previous supervisory experience within human services programs

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Primarily Monday through Friday schedule
• Flexibility required based on program needs
• Occasional evenings, weekends, and community-based work may be required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and climb stairs as needed
• Ability to travel throughout the community and transport oneself between locations
• Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
