We're looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead the team responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of TOURISTS Hotel, Homes & Manor, The Airport Rooms, and other Blackinton Operating LLC properties.
What you'll do
- Lead, train, and supervise Housekeeping and Laundry staff
- Set cleanliness standards and manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities
- Build schedules and serve as first point of contact for call-outs and coverage
- Partner with Front Desk, Maintenance, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly
- Maintain safety and compliance standards property-wide
Qualifications
- 3+ years in hospitality or service industry; 1+ year in housekeeping; 2+ years managerial experience
- High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout an 8-hour shift
- Availability for at least one weekend day per week, plus some holidays
