What you’ll do:
- Welcome customers warmly and take orders with accuracy, process payments, and ensure prompt dispatch of delivery drivers
- Utilize your strong sales skills to recommend additional items or promotions to enhance the customer experience
- Keep the counter area tidy and sanitized to maintain a pleasant shop environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Support inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring stock levels

- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Experience: Previous experience of counter sales or customer service is an asset
- Strong sales and upselling skills are essential
- Must be bi-lingual
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of retail math for calculating totals, discounts, and change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
