SCHEDULING AND FIELD POSITION EXPECTATIONS
The Field Trainer is a full-time, field-based position requiring flexibility based on training and operational needs. Weekend work is a regular requirement of the position, and Field Trainers will generally participate in an alternating-weekend rotation. Weekend rotations may be adjusted based on business needs and do not guarantee every other weekend off.
Field Trainers are scheduled based on the required number of workdays within each calendar month rather than exactly five days each week. The monthly requirement will generally correspond to the number of workdays in a standard five-day workweek for that month. For example, if a month contains 21 standard workdays, the Field Trainer will generally be scheduled to work 21 days during that month. Individual weeks may include more, or fewer than five scheduled workdays based on weekend coverage, training schedules, holidays, and other business needs.
Because this is a field-based position, Field Trainers may not always be able to attend Support Center events or activities. Training and operational needs take priority over optional events, including Support Center lunches, birthday celebrations, holiday events, and other Company activities. Scheduled training should not be canceled, shortened, or adjusted solely to attend these events unless approved by the Field Training Manager. Field Trainers may also be required to work weekends and days immediately before or after holidays based on business need
