Associate Dentist

Seacoast Family Dental , RI; Full Time Dentist; signing bonus and future partnership opportunity!

Opportunity to work part-time, 2 days a week, Wednesday and Thursday. This practice is well-established, comfortable, and family-oriented. Seacoast Family Dental has great staff and is updated using the latest digital clinical and practice management technology.

This practice is insurance-based (no Medicaid) and has a large installed base of existing patients with a large number of new patients added each month. This practice has an existing Full Time General Practitioner, and the practice is growing!

The practice is part of a small, dentist-owned group called Plum Dental. Plum is a group of 30+ practices in Rhode Island and eastern Connecticut that is owned by its founder dentists. Plum was founded with the goal of serving as a long-term home for excellent dentists to practice how they want, and to enjoy the financial and personal rewards of private practice, but with the support and stability of a larger, successful, and growing dentist-led organization.

Compensation/Benefits/Partnership

Collections-based salary with guaranteed minimum daily compensation for one year after joining the group. After just two years, there is the potential for equity ownership in both the practice and Plum for like-minded dentists that share our vision and values. We pay for malpractice insurance, CE courses, health/retirement benefits and more!
